Providing Efficient Service for Busy Patients
Gloria Castillo has been a patient at Mayfield Smiles for about a year now. But her most memorable trip to our office so far?
“I received the fastest root canal I’ve ever gotten done in my life! It was about 30 minutes or so and I was in and out,” she said with a smile. “No one likes root canals, so I was very happy with the speedy service.”
As a lawyer with a busy schedule and some dental anxiety, efficiency is important to Gloria. “I usually see Dr. Hudec. He is great. He is fast. I’ve never been a fan of the dentist and he just gets me in and out as quick as possible.”
Gloria said she is grateful to have found such a kind and accommodating dental practice.
“I found out about Mayfield Smiles from some family friends. I needed a dentist right away because I was having some major dental problems, and they were quick and easy to schedule an appointment with.”
In addition to her root canal, Gloria has received several cavity fillings and regular cleanings at Mayfield Smiles. She attributes her positive experience to the entire team of dentists, hygienists, and receptionists.
“The Mayfield Smiles staff is wonderful. They’re all very helpful, get you an appointment as soon as they can, and they are so friendly. I always feel welcome when I walk through those doors.”
Gloria said she recommends Mayfield Smile to other patients like her. “If you’re not the biggest fan of the dentist, they’re going to help you through that. You’re in, you’re out, you’re done, and it’s over with. It’s a great service!”
