Condolences & Heartfelt Welcome to Doctor Thomas F. Beach’s Patients
The Mayfield Smiles team extends our sympathies and condolences to the family, friends, and patients of Dr. Thomas F. Beach. Dr. Beach unexpectedly passed on June 28, 2020, at the age of 60 in the place that he loved most, Harvest Home Farm in Middlefield, OH. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his beloved family and friends as they mourn his loss. We also thank his family for selecting our team with his legacy and practice. We know it was extremely important to him that the practice that proceeded him would mirror his high standard of quality patient care as well as exemplify a similar bedside manner. We are honored and looking forward to upholding his commitment to quality and exemplary care.
